I would recommend GEI Catering to anyone who wants to host a successful event because of their quality of food and A+ customer service. GEI Catering has been preparing the meals for several years for the Daytona Beach Rotary Club's weekly meetings. As a member of this organization I have enjoyed many GEI's luncheons and can vouch for their quality. In addition I have attended other functions catered by GEI and they have all been excellent from the food, decor and most importantly their excellent service. Bob Spiering, President of GEI is a pleasure to work with and will do everything to insure your event will be the best it can be for any occasion.

The Volusia County Genealogical Society wishes to thank you and your staff for providing professional venue service for the V-FCGS 2009 Seminar our Society hosted January 24, 2009 at the Palmetto Club.

The tables and PA system set up was exactly as planned, with everything falling into place all day long. The Buffet lunch was served on time, plentiful, multiple selections and delicious. The committee has received some outstanding complimentary communications congratulating the Committee a successful seminar including positive comments on our choice of venue and suggesting all our events be at the Palmetto Club.

The Florida Lighthouse Association held its quarterly meeting on January 17, 2009 at the Palmetto Women's Club with GEI Catering providing the facility and food services for the event. The facility was immaculately clean and very tastefully decorated. Our event lasted 4 hours and the seating and temperature were comfortable throughout the entire time. Dinner was served for over 100 people to perfection. The food was excellent. The presentation was perfect. The staff was cordial and very accommodating. Without hesitation, I would highly recommend them to anyone hosting an event and would not hesitate to contract with them in the future for another meeting of our association.
